Harlps uses your device's location to show nearby businesses. Make sure location permissions are enabled in your device settings. You can also use the search bar to find specific businesses or categories, and adjust the distance filter to widen or narrow your search radius.

Open any business page by tapping on it from the home feed. Scroll down and tap the "Write Review" button at the bottom. Select your star rating, enter your name, write your thoughts, and optionally add up to 5 photos. Tap "Post Review" to submit.

Yes, you can edit or delete your review. Open the business page, find your review, and tap the edit or delete option to make changes or remove it entirely.

Go to your Profile by tapping the avatar icon in the top-right corner of the home feed. Tap "Edit" in the header to enable editing mode. Update any field you wish and tap "Save Changes" when done.

This could happen for a few reasons: • Location permissions may not be enabled — check your device settings. • There may be no businesses registered nearby — try expanding the search radius. • Your internet connection may be unstable — check your connection and pull to refresh.

Yes. We use encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and strict access controls. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy in the Privacy & Security section for more details.

Go to your Profile and scroll to the bottom. Tap the "Log Out" button. You will be asked to confirm before being signed out.
