How do I create an account?+
Tap "Get Started" on the landing page, enter your email, and verify with the 6-digit code we send you. You can also sign in with Google.
How do I list my business?+
After creating an account, choose "Business Owner" during setup. Fill in your business details including name, category, address, hours, and services. Your listing will be visible to customers immediately.
How do I write a review?+
Navigate to any business page and click "Write Review". Select a star rating, add a title and description, and optionally upload photos. Your review will appear publicly.
Can I switch between customer and business accounts?+
Yes! Customers can convert to a business account from their profile. Business owners can deactivate their listing from Settings to revert to a customer account.
How does location work?+
Harlps uses your device location (with your permission) to show businesses near you. You can change the search radius using the filter on the home feed. Location data is not stored permanently.
How do I edit my business listing?+
Go to your Dashboard and click "Edit Business". You can update your business name, category, contact info, operating hours, and services.
Can I reply to reviews?+
Yes! Business owners can reply to reviews from the Dashboard > Reviews section. Click "Reply" under any review to respond.
How do I delete my account?+
Contact us at teams@harlps.com and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
